Information we use
When you order, we use the name, phone number, email address, delivery or table details, order contents and payment status needed to provide the service. Payment card and bank credentials are handled by the payment provider you select; the restaurant records the transaction reference and confirmation needed to reconcile your order.
Why we use it
We use order information to accept and prepare orders, take or verify payment, deliver food, provide receipts and status updates, answer service requests, prevent fraud and meet record-keeping obligations. These necessary order messages are separate from optional promotional communications.
Optional business updates
We send promotional and business update emails only if you select the optional consent at checkout. We record the choice, the time, the wording and version shown, and the related order. You may unsubscribe using a link in any such email. Withdrawal stops future optional emails and does not affect essential messages about an order you place.
Service providers and retention
We share only information needed with service providers that help us process payments, send email or operate the ordering service. We keep order and consent records for operational, accounting and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Your choices and requests
You can withdraw optional email consent at any time. You may also ask to access or correct your information, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting the restaurant. We may need to keep some order records where required for legitimate operational or legal record-keeping.
